A three day Local Partnership training workshop is offered by EWET on this important subject. Highly interactive in format, the workshop focuses on the development of the "Partnership" into a Learning Organisation, with participants acquiring knowledge and skills on the following five disciplines:

(1) Team learning
(2) Personal mastery
(3) Mental models
(4) Systems thinking
(5) Shared vision

The workshop should be attended by the 12 elected Board Members and any other key role-players, up to a maximum total of 24.

Previous experience indicates that not only do the skills gained by the delegates during these workshops benefit the Local Partnership, but they also impact positively on all aspects of their business, community, social and personal lives.

EWET offer this workshop upon request, on a purely cost recovery basis, and at any stage of the Local Partnership development process.
