Zini
Mchunu: Chief Executive Officer. In 1993 Zini laid the
foundation in the field for EWET's flow of benefits to the organisation's
many stakeholders. Zini makes a fundamental contribution to the design,
development and implementation of interventions both for EWET as an
organisation and it's programme. This senior member of EWET's staff completed a B Degree in Social Work, contributed towards

Tshenolo
Thuntsi:
Administrator. Tshenolo completed her secondary education as Head
Girl of a Catholic School. Her career life took her through serving
as secretary at a Community Council and Television Station. She excelled
to Senior Administrative Officer, at an Agricultural Corporation -
receiving a number of awards in the process, became an Insurance Representative
and served as Administrator for a Labour Union before joining EWET.

Theresiya
Motloung:
General Assistant. Theresiya started her career as a Weaver, dedicated
a few years to her husband and four children as Homemaker and, served
as an Assistant at a Butchery before she joined EWET. This career
prepared her well towards making the EWET premises a home-away-from-home
for all of EWET's staff. Theresiya also helps out with administrative

Rachelle
Delport:
Project Manager. Rachelle is a formidable organiser with the ability
to operate effectively when under enormous pressure. This mother of
a beautiful daughter, got promotion from all of her previous employers
and served as the Chairperson of a Youth Adult Christian movement
for the past three years. Rachelle's thoroughness and effectiveness
as Project Manager lays the foundation to EWET's ability to service

Mamahase
Mosheshe:
Project Manager. Mamahase a mentally strong woman, is a soft-spoken
and, skilful negotiator and facilitator. Her commitment towards facilitating
access for poor communities to the opportunities of the New South
Africa saw her working for the South African Catholic Bishops Conference,
teaching and operating as a youth organiser. Mamahase maintains high
standards in programme implementation and operates her own business

Du
Toit de Wet:
Chief
Financial Officer. Du Toit completed a B.Sc.Hons Degree in Agricultural
Economics after which he was employed by an Auditing firm. He is experienced
in financial management information, financial analysis, cash flow
projections, income tax, feasibility studies, investment assessment
and financial application software. Du Toit is a straight A student,
a person of integrity and a "team-player". He is married and has two

Arie
Bouwer:
Strategy Consultant. Arie has been involved in the formation of EWET from
his position as Project Manager at the Free Stage Development Corporation.
His proven ability to lead projects through their project life-cycle
phases prepared him well for his position at EWET. Arie's studies
in Theology at University level layed the basis for EWET's cooperative
and community based approach to development. Arie is committed towards
sharing the insight, knowledge and skills that he gained through his
exposure to the many facets relating to organisation development,
programme development and other related experiences - during EWET's
formation and operations. His mission is for EWET to be a living and
enabling organisation to all the organisation's stakeholder communities.
